Caneros Del Este (LNB) added to their roster 27-year old shooting guard Yeison Colome (190cm-1996, agency: BMS Sport Agency) for new 2024 season. It is actually his comeback to La Romana as he has played here before. Colome moved there from Los Prados in TBS league in Dominican Republic where he started the season.
He is quite experienced player. Colome's career allowed him to visit three different continents, while he played in five different countries. Colome tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Asia and Latin America. He has played previously professionally also in Colombia (Storm and Motilones), Indonesia (Dewa United), Spain (Caceres), Venezuela (Marinos) and Dominican Republic (San Carlos, Parque Hostos, Pueblo Nuevo, Mellizos de Sur and Savica).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others his team made it to the Indonesian IBL Semifinals in 2023. Colome was voted to Dominican Republic LNB All-Star Game in 2022.
